WW2 USAAF P-51 Mustang aircraft panels with hand painted nose art
A piece of P-51 Mustang USAAF WW2 aircraft made by North American Aircraft .
The artwork been hand painted by me with nose art of the period.
They are stainless steel section from the wing aileron shroud.
We have repainted as the cowl section below the exhaust on port side that was also made from stainless steel.
Measure 62.5 cm (max) x 11.5 cm.

This artwork was applied to a P-51 ( 414868) flown by Major Peterson of the 364th FS and rejects the closing sentence of all the letters from his wife that he received whilst in service.
These are from part 53 in the wing parts diagram shown.
Panel has D rings on the back for hanging on the wall.

P-51D Mustang aircraft aluminium key ring fob
P-51 D Mustang key ring fobs. These were cut from an aluminium reinforcing bar from the wing elevator shroud. The green paint is original.
One has the part number on it which matches the North American Aviation parts list.
We have etched the aircraft name(s) onto one side.
Each one weighs ca. 50g.
These would make great gifts for an aviation's enthusiast. The listing is for a single keyring.
They are aproximately 50mm long and 25mm wide and 5 mm thick.
They come in a packet with a card detailing where they are from and a wire key loop in various colors.
